1. Refund & Return Eligibility


Products may be eligible for a return or refund if all of the following conditions are met:


The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We are contacted within 10 days of delivery to begin the return process. The item is not excluded under our Non-Refundable Items section. 2. Non-Refundable Items


The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:


Opened, worn, washed, or used items; Digital downloads, eBooks, and online course materials; Free or promotional items; and Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout.



3. Refund Process


Once your return is received and inspected:


You will be notified via email with the status of your refund request If approved. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.



4. Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. OWN Legacy is not liable for returns lost in transit.



5. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:


Contact us immediately at [email protected] or own-legacy.com/contact. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or credit based on the situation.



6. Marketplace Considerations


As a multi-vendor marketplace, some products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our partner vendors. In these cases, vendor-specific return policies may apply. Any differences will be clearly stated on the product page. We will always advocate on your behalf to ensure fair resolution.
